A current-year physical is one given on or after April 15 of the previous school year. If you don’t have a physical form on file with the FHE Athletics department, make arrangements with your primary care physician to get his done. All health forms must be current and up-to-date prior to the first crew practice on March 9th. Check here for forms and other registration information. We’ll see you at the Crew meeting!

Coach Ben has been busy getting ready to welcome new crew members to our Spring Regatta season and at the same time, conditioning our athletes through this winter. He is full of positive energy, is ambitious and knows how to motivate our team! We can’t wait to see what the next season has in store!
